“Thank you so much to our Gatlin Creek Road Baptist Church family for your phone calls, visits,  financial help, and most of all your prayers during Berkeley’s birth and 13 weeks in the hospital. She still has more surgeries to go through and will need medical care from now on but God has worked so many miracles already in her life and the lives of her family members. We know this is because He saw how precious she was to her family, friends, and church family. We pray His blessings on all of you and on our church as a whole.”

• There will be a Planning Committee Meeting at 4pm today.
• The Thomas County Baptist Association is hosting a Senior Adult Luncheon on September 2nd from 11:30-1:30.  The cost is $3.  Call 286-2714 or 225-1177 if planning on attending.
• There will be a Senior Adult Picnic on Saturday, August 28th, at 6pm!  Seniors 55+ are invited and younger seniors are encouraged to attend as well.  Come and enjoy the fellowship, food and have some fun!
• Men’s Fellowship will be Thursday, August 26th.

Children

Youth

• Chick-fil-a Devotions have begun! Our youth group meets at the local Chick-fil-a every Thursday morning for a group devotion at 7:15am. Everyone is welcome!

Children

• Your children have begun a new series of lessons in Children’s Church! So far they have learned about the creation of the earth, the decisions and consequences of Adam and Eve and many other great lessons. Ask your children to tell you about their exciting morning and invite your friends for next Sunday’s adventure in Noah’s Park!
• The GA’s will be hosting Christmas in August on August 25th. Bring a side dish and love to share with our church family.
