VBS Begins Tonight at 6:00 pm
Vacation Bible School kicks off tonight (July 14th) at 6:00 pm, and will run every night from 6 to 9 pm through Thursday, July 18th. Parents, please fill out a registration form this morning and turn it in so we can cut down on the registration line this evening. Even if you are not teaching or volunteering with VBS this week, you can still be a vital participant through prayer. Please pray for our volunteers. Many of them work all day, then come and serve at VBS each night. Pray for God’s strength and wisdom this week. Please pray for our students as well. Tuesday and Wednesday nights will be our salvation emphasis. The prayer room is open for anyone who wishes to come to the church to pray. Prayer Challenge
A few weeks ago, you received a letter with a 30, 60, 90 day prayer challenge. This is just a prayer reminder to continue praying for God’s Church at Gatlin Creek. May God continue to bless and guide us.
30, 60, 90 Day Challenge Prayer Points:
- Pray each and every day for spiritual growth in yourself and your family.
- Pray each and every day for the families that make up our church and for those families that God will lead to our church.
- Pray each and every day for opportunities to tell others about the Good News of Jesus Christ and how He changed your life through the life of His church at Gatlin Creek.
- Pray each and every day for our leaders (Staff, Deacons, SS Teachers, Men’s Ministry, Women’s Ministry, Children Workers, Youth Workers, etc.)
- Pray each and every day that as God meets our financial needs that He will change us more into the image of His Son through His Holy Spirit that indwells us.
- Pray each and every day for what God would have your family give above your regular tithes to fund the replacement of the Educational Building roof after each 30 day period of seeking Him. Continue reading “Prayer Challenge”
